With over thirty years of experience, Bobby Foster was one of TOC's seasoned veterans. His musical influences included Tower of Power, George Duke, and Harvey Mason. Bobby's heart-felt back beats and high energy style made him a sought after drummer on the circuit and a welcome addition to the Touch of Class family.
On November 17, 2013 at 3 pm our long time drummer and friend lost his battle against brain cancer. Bobby will always be remembered and will forever play with TOC if only in spirit.
(April 12, 1955 - September 19, 2020)
Jerry Benjamin brought over 30 years of experience to TOC. He was a phenomenal guitarist and a recorded songwriter. Jerry shared his talent as an instructor, producing students who have scored number one hits, platinum albums, and AMA awards. Jerry's soulful, jazzy guitar was a tremendous asset to The Touch Of Class Band.
Jerry passed away on September 19th, 2020 as a result of a heart attack. He was our friend and our brother. Such a pleasure to perform with him. Now he's performing up there with our drummer Bobby Foster again... Godspeed my friend.
